We’ve been juggling a lot of balls at DD Technologies over the past years, but this has now reached a new dimension. Literally.
Thousands of diamond spheres have been sold in the past 10 years, which are mainly used in measurement applications. In addition to this measurement industry, the diamond spheres are used in many other products as well.
First DD Diamond growing reactor in operation
Due to increasing demand and the need to further optimize existing processes DD felt compelled to expand their capacity with its own reactor. The machine is installed in Augsburg (DE) and is the crowning glory on the intensive and pleasant cooperation between the team of Augsburg Diamond Technology (DE) and DD Technologies in Cuijk (NL).

Dutch Dia mond Techno logies slaagde er als eerste ter wereld in een ring te maken die helemaal uit lab-grown diamant bestaat.
