Electronic Grade Diamond

Advances in CVD diamond growth have enabled the production of high purity single crystal diamond with carefully controlled and reproducible properties.

Electronic grade diamond combines high electrical resistivity, excellent charge transport properties, exceptional thermal conductivity and high resistance to radiation. This combination makes it particularly suitable for radiation detection, dosimetry and advanced electronic research.

Its wide bandgap and excellent thermal properties also make diamond a promising material for the development of high power, high frequency and high temperature electronic devices.
